AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: June 3, 2026
1. Product and Discounted Price
The Upty Shoe Enhancer normally retails for $79.99 per unit. Under this agreement, you’ll pay a discounted price of $71.99 per unit (10% off).
2. Minimum Purchase Requirement
To get the discounted pricing, you need to order at least ten (10) units each month. If your order falls below this minimum, you’ll be charged the standard retail price of $79.99 per unit.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due when you place your order. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods shown on our website at checkout.
4. Delivery
We’ll ship your order to your designated address within a reasonable timeframe after we receive payment. Any applicable shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
5. Use of Product
You understand that the Upty Shoe Enhancer is a medical device meant for patient use under professional guidance. You agree to use and provide the product according to applicable medical standards and regulations.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to end this agreement if you don’t meet the minimum purchase requirement or if you violate any of these terms. If the agreement is terminated, you’ll lose access to the discounted pricing.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
8. Entire Agreement
This agreement represents the complete understanding between you and us regarding the purchase of the Upty Shoe Enhancer and replaces any previous discussions or agreements.
